My recent stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While I enjoyed the wonderful views and spacious accommodations, I encountered several issues that detracted from my overall experience. The service was exceptional and the pool area was a delightful spot for relaxation. However, the state of the rooms and cleanliness left much to be desired.
